Is there a max length to Facebook ads URL including tracking parameters?

I’ve seen some very long looking links due to numerous tracking parameters and I’m wondering if it could cause issues in setting up our Facebook ads.

Is there a way to turn off the targeting expansion in bulk on TikTok?

I fear our targeting a too wide already, and realised we’ve also turned on the Targeting expansion which allows TikTok to expand automatically. Can this be done in bulk?
